Who We Are

STANDI4LIFE is Stan and Tandi Manzini, a South African Couple who strongly believe that we all need to go beyond success and add value to every soul we come across. They conduct leadership and marriage seminars worldwide. Their message is simple “ Better marriages make better communities and it all starts with you.”

They love to see people succeed in their relationships!

They have written a book for married couples and those who intend to marry entitled” Things women do that irritate men and things men do that irritate women.”

They have been married for 28 years, blessed with 6 children and a grandchild.

Stan

An accomplished executive director with over 20 years’ experience leading diverse multinational teams to drive business growth in the telecommunications, media and public sector industries across Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania and the Middle East. Stan lived in Indonesia for 6 years, Dubai for 4 years, Kenya for six months and Afghanistan for 18 months and held leadership seminars in more than 40 countries.

Passionate about digital transformation, people development, innovation and sustainable financial delivery through market share growth.

Manzini is also a public speaker with an ability to motivate work teams from junior to senior management with apposite insights and humor through his exposure to working in different continents.

He has a keen marketing and public relations eye, this versatility making him a valuable leader with a 360-degree view of potential opportunities. He is a premium member of the Middle East & North Africa Expert group based in the United Arab Emirates.

Through scheduled one or 2 days seminars, Stan gets to transfer skills for personal, career and business excellence to participants.

Tandi

Tandi studied Public Administration and Management, She worked for Various companies in South Africa including Hollard, Investec, Teleresources, etc. She later moved to Indonesia for 6 years where she got exposed to the beautiful furniture and paintings of Indonesia. Her passion for design grew and she was exposed to the event planning industry for the first time in Dubai.

From there, she worked full-time with one of Dubai’s leading event-planning companies. She was fortunate to be involved with and lead planner on many incredible projects locally, nationally and internationally. Some events Tandi has managed and executed since opening Tandeelicious Events in 2020 are:

Weddings
Wedding Anniversaries
Graduations Luncheon
Birthday Parties to name a few.

She has also developed courses for balloons, flower arrangements, and lighting and enjoys teaching and sharing her experiences with students and industry professionals.

Passionate about Tandeelicious Events and getting involved with the community, Tandi actively supports local arts, not-for-profit groups, festivals and the farmers market. She lives, works and plays in Edenvale where she runs the state-of-the-art event decorations with her husband Stan and her sons and daughters.
